Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your paid lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. No exceptions will be made for last-minute cancellations. If a class is canceled by the organizer, rescheduling options will be offered. The organizer reserves the right to modify, combine, or cancel classes or schedules with prior notice provided when possible. Class bookings are non-transferable to other participants without prior written approval from Heels by Iryna. Liability Disclaimer: By purchasing or booking a class with Heels by Iryna, you accept full responsibility for your well-being during the class. Heels by Iryna, its owners, instructors, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, damage, or loss that occurs during or as a result of participation, whether due to negligence or otherwise. Consult a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity. Heels by Iryna disclaims liability for personal injury, property damage, or any loss from participation in our classes. Participants assume all risks inherent in dance activities, including physical injury or accidents. Each participant must ensure they are physically capable and prepared for dance activities. Heels by Iryna reserves the right to deny class access if a participant is deemed unfit, unsafe, or misaligned with our values. A phone or email assessment is conducted prior to class. If declined, a refund will be issued minus processing fees. Students are expected to follow studio rules and maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students. Failure to comply may result in removal from class without refund Indemnification: By participating in Heels by Iryna’s classes, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heels by Iryna, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with dance, including physical injury or property damage. By attending classes, you agree that Heels by Iryna and its staff are not responsible for any such risks. Media Release: You consent to Heels by Iryna capturing photos or videos during classes for promotional use. All media content is owned by Heels by Iryna. Agreement to Terms: By booking with Heels by Iryna, you accept all terms outlined in this policy.
